Gary J. Graham, President & Chief Executive Officer
Gary Graham has been a successful investment banker and entrepreneur for more than 30 years. His management company, First Capital Business Development, owns, manages, and invests in a number of companies related to the cable TV/broadband/telco industries.

Paul Spieker, Chief Operating Officer
Paul Spieker has more than 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior positions include General Manager, Strategic Business Units for what is now Qwest Communications and VP/GM for Volt Information Services. He was also cofounder in the mid-1990s of the pioneer ISP Online System Services/Webb Interactive Services, which assisted cable companies to enter the HSI business.

Ralph Valente, Senior Vice President Sales & Marketing
Ralph Valente has nearly 20 years experience in the cable TV industry. Prior positions include EVP Sales and Marketing for the cable TV industry risk management firm Secure Signals International and Director Sales & Affiliate Marketing for Showtime Networks. Working in Showtime’s Sports & Event Programming unit, he had significant involvement in the biggest events in the history of the pay per view industry. Prior to his work in the cable industry, Ralph spent 10 years in teaching and administrative positions at Fordham University in New York City.
